PAVR-O is a provincial organization which promotes professional standards of excellence in the administration of volunteer resources throughout Ontario. It was formed in 1998 as a consolidation of OAVA (Ontario Association of Volunteer Administration) and ODVH (Ontario Directors of Volunteers in Healthcare).
