We are thrilled to have Faiza Venzant, CVA and Executive Director for the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration, global leader in volunteer engagement and thought leadership, writer, author and pioneer in academic research, deliver the keynote presentation. The Forum will also feature guest panellists from local community organisations and a session to inspire bold thinking.

This forum invites volunteer leaders to challenge traditional narratives, share power and embrace bold, inclusive ways of leading, navigating the evolving landscape of volunteer management and how leaders can embrace change with confidence. The event will feature a keynote presentation from Faiza Venzant, CVA followed by a panel discussion with representatives from local community organisations and an activity to trade your everyday goals for something a little …….hairier.

Together, they will cover innovative strategies for adapting to new trends, including technological advancements, and practical approaches to leading through change in volunteer management.
