The Forum will explore how to navigate and embrace the evolving landscape of volunteer management with the theme ‘What’s Our Future Normal – Embracing Change and Innovation’.

The event will feature a keynote presentation from Erin Spink, MA, a global expert in volunteer engagement and thought leadership, writer, author and pioneer in academic research, followed by a panel discussion with representatives from local community organisations and a presentation by a leading AI specialist. Together, they will cover innovative strategies for adapting to new trends, including technological advancements, and practical approaches to leading through change in volunteer management.
